Register

Integral part of the registration procedure is an intake interview to determine whether the student meets the criteria to be admitted. These include:

• age 12 to 18 years
• in general residing less than one year in the Netherlands
• inadequate control of the Dutch language to be admitted to a regular Dutch school.

Furthermore, the intake interview is to get an impression of the living and family conditions and the level of education of the student. In the first session will be determined whether the student is tested at a possibly to be placed in a higher level than the starters group. During the intake interview we will also complete the application form.

Along with this application form must be submitted:

1. A copy of the passport or identity card (or, if no identity card or passport, a declaration by the director of the shelter / AZC, where the student resides)
2. A copy of the data of the municipal personal records database, which also shows how long the student resides in the Netherlands
